How do I verify my identity at RoboMarkets?
To verify the identity, you have to:
- Go to "Profile" -> "Your verification" in your Members Area.
- Click "Complete verification" in the ID/Passport verification line.
- Perform the verification by clicking "Identify now with Postident".
- Perform the PostIdent service of Deutsche Post AG.
- Verification is then checked by RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH.
Verification takes up to 2 business days. After the procedure is complete, you will be notified by E-mail about successful verification or asked some clarifying questions.
