1. What is the complete verification and what is it for?

   Verification is a documentary confirmation of your personal information.

   The main purpose of verification is to increase the safety level of your funds and Live Account. In addition to that, verified clients get an access to several additional services. To pass the verification, you have to go through two stages: verify your identity (documentary confirmation of your identity) and address (documentary confirmation of your actual residence address).

2. How do I verify my identity at RoboMarkets?

   To verify the identity, you have to:

   1. Go to "Profile" -> "Your verification" in your Members Area.
   2. Click "Complete verification" in the ID/Passport verification line.
   3. Perform the verification by clicking "Identify now with Postident".
   4. Perform the PostIdent service of Deutsche Post AG.
   5. Verification is then checked by RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH.

   Verification takes up to 2 business days. After the procedure is complete, you will be notified by E-mail about successful verification or asked some clarifying questions.

3. How do I verify my address at RoboMarkets?

   To verify the address, you have to:

   1. Go to "Verification" page of your Members Area.
   2. . Fill in the Address verification form.
   3. Attach a color copy of the document that confirms your residence address.
   4. Confirm submitting the form.

   Verification takes up to 2 business days. After the procedure is complete, you will be notified by E-mail about successful verification or asked some clarifying questions.

5. What do I do if I don’t have any scanned images of my documents?

   You can digitalize your document in any available way: use a camera, mobile phone, or a web camera.

   These ways don’t always provide high quality images, that’s why before sending your documents, please make sure that all necessary information on the images can be clearly seen.

6. How do you ensure security of my personal information?

   Our Company implements a modern SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which is used to guarantee the safety of the information you provide. The SSL technology provides reliable protection and prevents your personal information from being accessed and stolen by the third parties. We’re constantly improving our safety technologies in order to avoid illegal infiltration into the system and eliminate any unauthorized access to our database.

7. Are you a political exposed person (PEP)?

   POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSON (PEP) is a natural person who is or has been entrusted with prominent public function:

   1. Heads of State, heads of government, ministers and deputy or assistant ministers,
   2. Members of parliaments,
   3. Members of supreme courts, of constitutional courts or of other high-level judicial bodies whose decisions are not subject to further appeal, except in exceptional circumstances,
   4. Members of courts of auditors or of the boards of central banks,
   5. Ambassadors, chargιs d'affaires and high-ranking officers in the armed forces,
   6. Members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of State-owned enterprises.

   Immediate family members:

   1. The spouse or the person with which cohabit for at least one year,
   2. The children and their spouses or the persons with which cohabit for at least one year,
   3. The parents.

   Persons known to be close associates, of PEP:

   1. Any natural person who is known to have joint beneficial ownership of legal entities or legal arrangements, or any other close business relations, with PEP.
   2. Any natural person who has sole beneficial ownership of a legal entity or legal arrangement which is known to have been set up for the benefit de facto of PEP.

   Where a person has ceased to be entrusted with a prominent public function for a period of at least one year, such person shall not be considered as politically exposed.

8. What do I do in case I don’t receive SMS with the confirmation code?

   SMS with the confirmation code is usually delivered in several minutes, but sometimes this process may take up to 10-15 minutes. If you don’t receive the message for a longer period, please follow these recommendations:

   1. Make sure that your phone is on.
   2. Check if the phone has enough free memory for new SMS.
   3. Restart your phone and check if it can receive messages once again.
   4. Click "Send SMS again".
   5. If the problem hasn’t been solved, contact our 24/7 Live Support.

   Please note that if you weren’t able to receive the confirmation code during the SMS verification, you can enter other phone number and try one more time.

9. Can I start trading before passing the complete verification?

   No. Money deposits are only available to fully-verified customers. Therefore, no trading is possible before.
