RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH is affiliated to the Compensatory Fund of Securities Trading Companies (EdW), Markgrafenstraße 45, 10117 Berlin. EdW is the competent compensation institution under the German Investor Compensation Act (AnlEntG). The AnlEntG contains the provisions on any claims for compensation against the EdW if the institution is unable to meet liabilities arising from securities transactions. It also regulates the scope of any claim for compensation. According to the AnlEntG, liabilities from securities transactions are protected up to 90% of their value, but not more than €20,000 per creditor.
